Transformer Radiators

we are manufacturing Radiators for all type of transformers. Our radiators are available with painting related Accessories, wooden & strip packing we do before dispatch.In our painting system Enemal, Epoxy & polyurethane Top-coat paints are available. We manufacture radiators in 520mm width size majority.

Pressed Steel Radiators

We are manufacturing radiators in 300mm wide as well as 240mm wide also up to 3000mm length. Pressed steel Radiators are available in weldeble type (Header type) as well as flenged type. Painting as per customers requirement.

Designer Radiators

Designer Radiators are also in our product range. we also manufacture small size radiators in 300mm center length & 300mm width size. We also design special header (Z-type) in small range radiatorswhich are used in distribution Transformers which cater Electricity Board field as well as private sectors.

Flange Type Radiators

We are manufacturing a wdie veriety of Flange Type Radiators for all type of transformers. Radiators range for power transformers is up to 3500mm centre length & maximum no. of fin is 35 width size in this radiators is 520mm. We also apply special procedure of painting with MIO (intermediate) coat in between primer & top-coat paint Zinc rich & zinc Silicate primer is also give you long life agaist correction. Air less & flood painting also available in our painting system after Blasting of radiator final Top-coat & packing as per instruction from customer and with approved drawing. Cooling fans are the extra Accessories in big Radiators which we shall supply saperately with radiators.

Weldable Type Radiators

For distribution Transformers our Header type as well as flanged type range of Radiators are available. In small Radiators Accessories requirement is very less so it can be welded directly to the Transformers Tank. Header type radiators are available with Enamel & Epoxy primer also. This range of radiators we shall supply with wooden strip packing.

Off-Set Radiators

In our range of radiators off-set design is also available in which header pipe is out of centre as per customer's requirement. Off-set radiators are available with all related Accessories & required painting system.This radiators are duley painted with Epoxy & P.U Top- coat painting.
