Width,Size And Configuration
 | 1. Radiator element having width of 520/ 380/ 300/ 240 mm using CRCA steel of 'D' gread having 1.0/ 1.2mm thickness as per custormer's requirement.
2. Centre distance between top and bottom header pipe (C.C.) shall be minimum 300mm and maximum 3000mm is steps of 100mm.
3. Radiator elements are welded in position with bracing straps of eighter round bright bars of 8 to 10mm dia or M.S. flats of 25*6mm size.
4. Pitch range is 75mm and 50mm in general. We can provide 40mm pitch on the specific requirement of the customer.
5. Radiators manufactured by us can be provided with minimum 35 elements.
6. The header pipe thickness shall be 2 mm minimum and having outside diameter of 50/60/76/90mm as may be the requirement. |
Raw Materials
 | C.R.C.A. coils, H.R./C.R. tubes, M.S. flats & sheets, Paints & thinner etc. are used as main raw materials for radiators. |
Accessories
 | M.S. Square flanges, Air / Drain piug, Lifting hook with pads, anti vibration flat etc. are the main accessories. |
Small size radiators for D.T.
 | we can also manufacture small size radiators for distribution transformers in the rating of 10KVA. Minimum length & width shall be 300mm. |
Surface Treatmant
 | Individual fins are passed through automatic shot blasting machine to remove oil traces & residual rust particles to avoid contamination. Blasting gives required profile for paint adhesion. |
Testing
 | Each radiator is pressure tested to asertain leankages in the water tank at pressure of 2.0 Kg/Cm2 for a period of 30 minutes. Any leakages during testing have been attended eighter by welding or brasing as may be the case. |
Painting Procedure
 | All the radiators are coated with insulating varnish conforming to IS-350, class 'A' from inside and red-oxide zinc-phosphate primer confirming to IS-2074 from outside haviing 35 micron thickness minimum. Final paints can be provided as per IS-5 / RAL shade as per customer's requirement.
In addition to the regular painting system of enemal and two pack spray painting intermediate coat of MIO, special polyurethane painted radiators are offered on regular basis as per the requirement of the customers.
Hot zinc spray galvanizes, Hot-dip galvanized and stainless steel radiators are also painted as required.
Radiators are available with spray painting system & flood painting system. Facility of air less spray painting system is also available. |
Inspection Procedure

 | Individual rediator element dimension checked before assembly and final dimensional check of finish radiator carried out as per customer's G.A. drawing.
Individual base coat & top-coat paint thickness measured in paint procedur. Peal-off test as per ASTM-335983 is performed on every radiators. In case of similer batch, we take the test on random. |
Marking and Packing

 | End plate of each radiator shall be embossed with 'DEW' logo and punched with customer reference Sr. No of manufacturer. Radiators are suitably packed in a wooden crate and strapped with M.S. strip. All crates are marked with customer's name. |
Infrastructure

 | Located at Por - GIDC (Near Vadodara) on national highway no. 8, we have developed a state-of-the-art infrastructure. The infrastructure is set up over an area of 5,200 square feet and is well connected with roads from both sides. It is segregated into departments like manufacturing, quality checking and research & development unit. Our manufacturing plant is spread across an area of 2000 square feet and has an installed capacity of 2000 units. Equipped with requisite machinery and tools, we are able to manufacture a range of radiators for transformers that is in line with international quality standards. Our team of production engineers also take care of the entire production process to ensure complete utilization of available resources. |

Quality Assurance
Quality accomplishment is the main aspect of our product division and hence we ensure that the requisite quality standard is followed at each production stage. We are backed by a team of quality auditors who ascertain quality checks right from procurement of the raw material until the final dispatch of the consignments. We are manufacturig radiators as per IEEMA STANDARD.
We also conduct stringent quality tests on our range of radiators prior to their dispatch. Each raditor is pressure tested to asertain leakages in the water tank at a pressure of 2.0 Kg/Cm2 for a period of 30 minutes. Any leakages observed during testing have been attented eighter by welding or brazing as may be the case. All this has helped us in offering an innovative range of radiators for transformers as specified by the customers.
Our quality-controlled measures are performed in the following stages:
- Stage 1: We inspect the raw material at the manufacturer’s premises to gauge its suitability for the production
- Stage 2: We inspect the production closely to exclude the products that do not meet the specific requirements
- Stage 3: We conduct the visual inspection of our finished output before dispatching it to the clients .These tests are conducted by using sophisticated electronic testing machines which ensure accurate results
