Quality accomplishment is the main aspect of our product division and hence we ensure that the requisite quality standard is followed at each production stage. We are backed by a team of quality auditors who ascertain quality checks right from procurement of the raw material until the final dispatch of the consignments. We are manufacturing radiators as per IEEMA STANDARD.
We also conduct stringent quality tests on our range of radiators prior to their dispatch. Each radiator is pressure tested to ascertain leakages in the water tank at a pressure of 2.0 Kg/cm2 for a period of 30 minutes. Any leakages observed during testing have been attended either by welding or brazing as may be the case. All this has helped us in offering an innovative range of radiators for transformers as specified by the customers.
Our quality-controlled measures are performed in the following stages:
Stage 1: We inspect the raw material at the manufacturer’s premises to gauge its suitability for the production
Stage 2: We inspect the production closely to exclude the products that do not meet the specific requirements
Stage 3: We conduct the visual inspection of our finished output before dispatching it to the clients .These tests are conducted by using sophisticated electronic testing machines which ensure accurate results
